By booking a photography session with Azar Image, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth experience for both parties and help maintain the highest level of professionalism and service.
1. Booking and Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
- The deposit applies toward the total cost of your session.
- The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the scheduled session.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation by Client
- If you cancel your session for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule your session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Your deposit may be transferred to a new session date, subject to availability.
Cancellation by Photographer
- In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, or equipment failure), you will receive a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Unforeseen Circumstances
- If your session cannot take place due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unavoidable events, I will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial refund based on the situation.
3. No-Shows
- If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
4. Refunds
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.
- No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or delivered work.
5. Copyright and Usage Rights
- All images remain the copyright of Azar Image unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Clients receive a license for personal or business use but may not resell or alter images without permission.
6. Liability
- While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Azar Image is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, unforeseen weather conditions, or delays caused by third parties.
7. Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
